TEAMS
Club Philosophy
A club that works for parents. No club has ever tried it and Flow will. We will train year round with specific training windows with breaks. Our teams train August through July with three sessions offered to our teams year round to maximize development and improve winning potential. We will participate in NISL, Westmont Yard and Naperville Toca through the winter along with summer friendlies and tournaments. We do everything our power to support our players vision.
Costs
The cost to join Flow Soccer Academy is $2,000.00 annually. This price is guaranteed for as long as you stay at the club. Any increases in costs will be handled by future participants in the club. There is no reason why costs increase in club soccer as a player ages. There are typically more players on the team which increases revenue and costs do not increase as you age. This never made any sense to me as a parent and coach. Flow families will be locked into a price for their entire tenure at the club.
Family and Club Expectations
The club trains three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and games on Friday. The expectation is that a player is attending twice a week. Flow does not cut players if they regularly attend practices. Ideally, a player is participating in classes, small group training, or team practices more in the Fall and Spring, and we soften our expectation in the winter and summer. If a player attends more practice, they improve. Attendance will be taken at practice. Parent feedback has become non-existent in American soccer. The club offers constant communication with parents along with four parent meetings or conversations about their progress using "red, yellow, and green light" reports.
